3-DAY CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Three-day registration allows you to attend the full conference on October 13th, 14th, and 15th.

Registered attendees will be given access to all recorded plenary sessions post-conference.

Individual registrations must be completed online.  Payment methods include credit card and invoice (pay by check).

 

PRE-CONFERENCE (MONDAY, OCTOBER 12TH)

Complimentary with the purchase of a full 3-day conference ticket.

This year, we are launching a Family Voice Survey to better understand the experiences of parents, caregivers, and families who have had or currently have a loved one in congregate care. Your insights will help shape meaningful discussions and guide our shared work.

The Pre-Conference will serve as the starting point for this effort. During this session, we will:

  • Share early insights and themes from the Family Voice Survey (from you!)

  • Hear perspectives from subject matter experts

  • Review emerging national trends impacting families and congregate care

  • Begin collaborative discussions that will continue throughout the conference

These conversations will build momentum leading into the Annual Conference, October 13–15, and culminate in to a working session Plenary on the final day. This will actively engage attendees in developing a solution-focused plan designed to better support and protect families and their loved ones.

The outcome of this collaborative effort will be:

  • A public report

  • A shared action plan

  • Practical tools to support families in every state and community​​​​

CAN I CANCEL MY REGISTRATION AND RECEIVE A REFUND?

Full refunds are only available if submitted 30 days prior to the conference. After that date, registrations will not be refunded, however, they can be transferred to another attendee. An administrative fee of $50 will be deducted from all refunds of cancellation requests received 30 days prior to the conference. Please click here to view our Registration Cancellation Policy.
