Presenter Requirements & Agreement

Thank you for your interest in becoming a presenter at the National Federation of Families'

2025 virtual conference taking place on November 3rd, 5th, and 7th, 2025.

#Accept, Advocate, Act

1

As a speaker representing NFF, you agree to be respectful of all attendees, speakers, volunteers, organizers, and hotel staff.

2

Workshops will be livestreamed to a virtual audience. Presentations are recorded and links to the presentations are provided to registered conference attendees post-conference.

3

Speakers are required to attend a virtual meeting where NFF staff will review the audio visual and presentation requirements and suggestions. This will be offered at multiple times for your convenience.

4

By submitting a proposal for consideration, you agree that if selected, you will be available to speak at any time during November 3th to 7th.

5

Presenters will be required to present live via the Zoom platform at their scheduled day and time. Slides and other presentation resources (documents, PowerPoint, or links) must be provided to the NFF team by Monday, October 10th. Coordination of slide management during presentations is arranged with each presenter individually. Slide presentations and additional resources are valuable information for participants and are shared with registered attendees post conference.

Final updates, handouts, and PowerPoints must be submitted by October 10th.

6

All presenters must be registered for the conference by July 15th.

The agenda for the conference is built after all presenters are registered. Any presenter not registered will not be included in the conference agenda.
