The most successful systems of care communities make decisions based on data during their development, governance, assessment and sustainability efforts and therefore family run organizations participating in the development, governance, assessment and sustainability of a system of care need to have the capacity for utilization of data to be effective advocates to advance and sustain structures for programs, practices and services. Here’s a great way to start building your capacity.

This course will include a six session virtual workshop, supplemented with web based support for on-going discussions, homework exercises, special coaching sessions as needed, and opportunities for community building among peers.
