The National Federation of Families' 28th Annual Conference is under way and we are eager to see everyone in November. As the date rapidly approaches, we are asking for volunteers to assist with several tasks during the conference. If you are interested in helping with any of the tasks below, please click on the task title and complete our online form. We are very grateful to all of our volunteers who contribute their time to make each annual conference a success.
This person will introduce the speakers pass out and collect the evaluations and serve as the time keeper in the room. They will test AV set up and work with AV team to ensure AV Equipment is properly working.
LUNCH HOSTS/DOOR MONITORS
Will be responsible for opening the doors at the scheduled time for the large events. They will help pass out the materials and assist with set up of the room for all of the Luncheons/Closing Events.
ADVOCACY & POLICY INSTITUTE ROOM HOST
They will ensure that all materials will be distributed in the folders.
They assist at the registration table, look up names and pass out conference registration bags/Name Badges and other materials.
We need a person to coordinate the ticket distribution and be the point person to collect and turn in money to the FFCMH Financial Officer or to Lizzette Albright.
CONFERENCE BAG PREPARERS
This group of people will help stuff bags with the Conference Planning Committee.
These individuals will be available with maps of the hotel and will be in place with the exhibitors to offer assistance with small tasks. Floaters should be in Exhibit area during break times.
For the dance party to be present at all times.
Volunteers to take pictures of the workshops. If you don’t mind bringing your own camera.
