The Federation’s Board of Directors number no fewer than 12 and not more than 21 directors. Seventy percent must be parents and other family members. At least one member of the board must be a consumer or former consumer of children’s mental health services, and at least three members must be member of racial minorities. Board members can serve up to four 2-year terms.
