We have less than two weeks to let our voices be heard and to impact change at SAMHSA.

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) published a notice in the Federal Register requesting comments on proposed changes to the Mental Health Block Grant and Substance Abuse Block Grant (which can now be submitted as a single uniform application) for fiscal years (FY) 2014-2015.

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Former Members of Congress Patrick Kennedy (D-RI) and Jim Ramstad (R-MN) announced on March 14, 2012 that they are re-energizing their efforts to help finalize implementation of a law that they worked to enact, the Paul Wellstone and Pete Domenici Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act, signed into law by President George W. Bush in 2008.
