We have less than two weeks to let our voices be heard and to impact change at SAMHSA.
The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) published a notice in the Federal Register requesting comments on proposed changes to the Mental Health Block Grant and Substance Abuse Block Grant (which can now be submitted as a single uniform application) for fiscal years (FY) 2014-2015. The National Federation submitted comments, and we encourage you to do the same! Please find attached our comments, and feel free to add any additional priorities of your own.
